首頁(yè) > 促銷活動(dòng) > 優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品 肌鈣蛋白（Tn）是肌肉組織收縮的調(diào)節(jié)蛋白，位于收縮蛋白的細(xì)肌絲上，在肌肉收縮和舒張過程中起著重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用；心肌肌鈣蛋白則僅存在于心肌細(xì)胞中，是由肌鈣蛋白T（cTnT）、肌鈣蛋白I（cTnI）、肌鈣蛋白C（cTnC）三種亞單位組成的絡(luò)合物。
cTnT和cTnI是心肌細(xì)胞特有的抗原，肌鈣蛋白是心肌損傷壞死的標(biāo)志物，對(duì)急性心肌梗死的診斷和危險(xiǎn)分層有重要的臨床意義（診斷敏感性100%,特異性91%,且持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)）。肌鈣蛋白值升高提示心肌損傷，可見于急性心肌梗死、不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛、肺梗死、心力衰竭休克及其他導(dǎo)致心肌損傷的疾病如胰腺炎、嚴(yán)重糖尿病酮癥酸中毒、結(jié)締組織疾病等，數(shù)值越高，損傷范圍越廣。
